How do I submit a manuscript?

We are currently closed to unsolicited content submissions. Calls for content-specific submissions will be posted on our website. If you have additional questions about submitting your manuscript, please email them to contentdev@kaeden.com.


How do I submit a purchase order? 

All purchase orders can be submitted via email to sales@kaeden.com or mailed to P.O. Box 16190, Rocky River, Ohio 44116. 


How can I obtain a quote? 

Quotes can be obtained by emailing customerservice@kaeden.com.


I ordered digital content. How do I access it?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email that contains your access code and instructions to guide you through setting up your account and accessing your content. Visit reader.kaeden.com and follow the directions provided in that email. If you need further assistance, contact customerservice@kaeden.com.


Why isn't my login information working on your website? 

Kaeden Publishing hosts two separate websites:
  • To shop and purchase books in print and digital format, visit kaeden.com 
  • To  access books in digital format, visit reader.kaeden.com. 
Login credentials for one site will not work for the other. Make sure you are using the correct login for the site you're trying to access. If you need further assistance, contact info@kaeden.com.

How do I receive vendor information?
