How do I submit a manuscript?

We are currently closed to unsolicited content submissions. Calls for content-specific submissions will be posted on our website. If you have additional questions about submitting your manuscript, please email them to contentdev@kaeden.com.


How do I submit a purchase order? 

All purchase orders can be submitted via email to sales@kaeden.com or mailed to P.O. Box 16190, Rocky River, Ohio 44116. 


How can I obtain a quote? 

Quotes can be obtained by emailing customerservice@kaeden.com.


I ordered digital content. How do I access it?

It can take up to 24 hours for your digital order to be processed. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email at the email address provided on the purchase order. Use the activation code included in that email to register and gain access to your digital content. This code will be used in the customer’s account at ebooks.kaeden.com  under the “My Bookshelf” tab. If you need further assistance, contact customerservice@kaeden.com.


Why isn't my login information working on your website? 

Kaeden Publishing hosts two separate websites:
  • To shop and purchase books in print format, visit kaeden.com 
  •  To shop, purchase, and access books in digital format, visit ebooks.kaeden.com. 
Login credentials for one site will not work for the other. Make sure you are using the correct login for the site you're trying to access. If you need further assistance, contact info@kaeden.com.

How do I receive vendor information?

Vendor information can be received from sales@kaeden.com.
